Good bed
My daughter loves it. I think it's wobbly. It is really pretty, but does not feel study enough. She has not crashed yet, so it seems to be holding up well enough.Ohmommyme
Nice bed!
Bought this bed for my 13 year old daughter, who has a small room. She loves it! Very sturdy, gives many storage options, desk is convenient, and she made a little "hang out spot" in the area below the bed.MelaTav
Yes & No
I bought this for my 12 year old daughter. She is 5'3 and grew out of her old bed and begged me for a new bed. As I am on a budget i bought her this. She does NOT LIKE IT. The space is poor and it has a very low bottom part and bumped her head many times. She now is giving it to her 5 year old step-sister but keeping the desk. Our wood floors and the desk go amazing! So honestly it did not do my daughter but to my step-daughter.NiallIsMyLove
Poor materials. Wobbly
Walmart did not mention the manufacturer of this bed, they just list it as "generic." The actual manufacturer is Walker Edison. If I'd known that before purchase, I would not have purchased this unit. The quality of materials is barely average, at best. The pre-drilled holes in the support tubes are poor, causing you to strip many fasteners. Once fully assembled, the whole bed feels somewhat wobbly. They need to incorporate some sort of diagonal brace at the open end.
Also, the website does not mention the suggested mattress thickness. We put on our childs standard 9-10" mattress and it was right at the top of the "safety rail." Too be safe, I would only recommend people use a 6" mattress, which is pretty thin.
I would not recommend this. Not worth the $200.TankRat

Very easy to put together. The key is to not tighten completely until you have all the nuts and bolts in.asmile4u1
