Easy to put together, sturdy construction & loved
We purchased two of these beds for our daughters (an 8 yr old & 10 yr old). We only had one small dent in the one frame, nothing too noticeable and did not detract from the appearance or assembly. The bolt holes lined up fine, not perfect, but if you loosened the other bolts in the particular area you were working on, they all fit fine, then you just had to tighten them back up again. These beds were no problem for me to assemble by myself, the girls helped me with the stringer clips and spacers so they felt they helped. The kids absolutely love the beds and they are sturdy enough that I, a 245lb man, can crawl on top to make the beds without the bed shaking much. I trust and would recommend this bed in a heart beat to anyone looking for a loft bed. There will be plenty of room between the top of the bed and a 8' ceiling too, a concern I had. I hope this helps any future buyers ease their mind when ordering.rufwil
Perfect space saver for college
The desk is a little shallow (16 inches), and the bed wobbles a small bit when you climb on top of it...but not bad. The medal is sturdy all around, but be careful with the paint on the wood because it scratches off pretty easy. The bulletin board works alright, you just need to press the thumbtacks in hard. Although it has some small defects it's a great purchase in my opinion. I'm happy I bought the bed, because it saves tons of space in my room, and I am still fully able to study with my big books and laptop along with a notebook plopped in front of me. Also, the bed above you starts at 5 feet exactly.expomarker
So perfect!
I love it! I am college and this bed is what I want it like meets expectation. Also, I did buy Spa Sensations 6'' Memory Foam Mattress; Size: Full with this bed and they are so perfect because it's more space room and very soft/comfortable Spa Sensations 6'' from Walmart! Thank you!
P.S. just heavy with 300 weight. It's better more people help for this. It's worth it. :)MaxieHH
Very pleased exactly what we needed
I bought this for my 12 yr old son. We purchased the full size. He still needs to slouch down to go under the loft but hes mainly using that area for storage for his drawers and his gaming area. The whole loft itself is very sturdy. It shakes a little when climbing onto it but nothing to be concerned about. It took my husband and I about an hr and a half to put it together. The instructions were easy to follow and all the parts were there no tools needed it comes with an Allen wrench with screws and some clips. The only problem we ran into was aligning all the screws into the hole, its a tight fit and everything has to be perfectly in place but I know its probably to keep the loft from shaking. So you'll most likely need 2 people to put it together. It has cleared up a lot more space in the room. We are very pleased with it. I purchased a 6" mattress.Momof3
Exactly what we were looking for!You may also be interested in
We just bought our daughter (9) a new double/full size 8" mattress for her old frame and had no intentions of buying a new bed for another year. But because of unforeseen circumstances, we decided to get her a loft bed that she's been begging for, and also a desk for her room. The only problem was the new mattress we just bought and the limited options of loft beds in that size. We found this bed which was perfect...full size loft bed AND a desk...plus it was on sale! She was so excited when her bed arrived that I put it up that night by myself. It took me less than 3 hours and the instructions were easy to follow. She loves everything about it! Is it a little wobbly? Yes, a little...more so if your jerking around our bouncing in it, but nothing that concerned me about safety, and nothing was falling over on the desk shelves from it moving. The ladder steps are a little uncomfortable, but not preventing her from using them, but I will look into getting a set of angled step to make it a little easier. We like it and all the features it provides, it looks nice, and it will definitely serve its purpose for the next couple of years.Shammom115
